SMS Terms & Conditions
The terms of the text messaging programs operated by SJCR LLC and its brands.
1. Program description
SJCR LLC and its brands send SMS/text messages to customers and prospects who have opted in. Depending on the program you joined, messages may include:
- Customer care and account notifications (appointment reminders, service updates, billing notices)
- Replies to conversations you start with us by text
- Publishing workflow messages (for example, TextAPage and FieldPress send drafts of your web pages for your review and publish only when you reply “publish”)
- Marketing and promotional messages, only where you have expressly consented to receive them
2. How you opt in
You may opt in to our messaging programs by:
- Submitting our SMS opt-in form or a web form on one of our brand websites that includes SMS consent language
- Texting us first at one of our published numbers
- Providing your number and express consent during sign-up, onboarding, or a conversation with our team
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies by program and by how you use our services. For publishing programs like TextAPage, message volume corresponds to the pages you submit and approve.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SJCR LLC does not charge for receiving messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again. 7. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in consent are used only to deliver the messages you asked for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party for any purpose. 8. Supported carriers and liability
Our programs are available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you enroll.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued participation in a messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
