How SJCR LLC and its brands collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing address when you fill out a form, book a call, sign up for a service, or contact us.
- SMS opt-in information — your phone number and your consent record when you opt in to receive text messages from one of our brands.
- Content you send us — photos, text, and other material you submit to our publishing services (such as FieldPress and TextAPage) for the purpose of creating web pages on your behalf.
- Billing information — processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.
We also collect limited technical information automatically (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) through standard web analytics, used only to operate and improve our websites.

3. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories listed in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties for any purpose.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate our services (such as hosting, payment processing, and messaging delivery platforms), bound to use it only on our behalf
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
- A successor entity in the event of a merger or sale of the business, under the same protections
For clarity: the exclusions in Section 3 apply to every category above — SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain consent records required by messaging regulations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our websites and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our websites use essential cookies to function and standard analytics to understand site usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on sjcrllc.com. Individual brand sites may use advertising tools, disclosed in their own policies where applicable.
8. Your rights and choices
- Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any message, any time.
- Opt out of email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correct, or delete — contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights (such as California or Virginia), you may exercise those rights by contacting us; we do not discriminate against anyone who does.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new policy here. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
